These are the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase of goods from the Rip n Roll Ltd web site at www.ripnroll.co.uk

The website and goods are provided by Rip n Roll Ltd, a company registered under the Companies Act (Company Number 04360698 and VAT number 821375542), registered office 2 Corium House, Douglas Drive, Godalming, Surrey GU7 1JX U.K.

By using the Website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.

We try to make sure that all the information on the website, including the description of our goods, and listed prices, are accurate and correct at all times.  However, mistakes do happen.  We will try to resolve all information errors on the website as soon as reasonably possible, and if we reasonably think that such an error has affected your purchase of goods we will try to let you know.  However, because we take these steps we will not be liable to you for any errors on the website.

We do our best to ensure that the website operates properly at all times, but we make no warranties as to the availability or accessibility of the website, and we will not be liable for any damages, loss, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any lack of availability or accessibility of the website.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register with the website and to purchase goods from the website.  By registering to use the website you warrant that you are aged 18 years of age or older.

You agree not to use the website (or any part thereof) for any illegal purpose and agree to use the website in accordance with all relevant laws.


We reserve the right to refuse any order and will refund the full relevant amount should we refuse an order.

All prices on this Website are in UK Pounds Sterling, and unless otherwise stated, are inclusive of UK VAT.

We cannot ensure the permanent availability of all items.  Once we have received your order, if something is out of stock we will notify you of this by email, and given you the option to choose an alternative product; of cancel the order and receive a full refund.
We do not accept any liability to you or anyone else when a product is not available.

We will deliver the ordered goods to the delivery address you supplied on the order form.  If the goods are returned undeliverable, we will treat the contract as cancelled, and the money paid to us, excluding the delivery charge will be refunded to you.

Delivery arrangements will depend on the location of the delivery address, and size, weight and value of the parcel.

When buying on line you have the right to change your mind and cancel a purchase within 28 calendar days of receiving goods. However, it is under your responsibility to take reasonable care and to return them in the condition received, if you choose to cancel. If you do not return them, then you must pay your costs for collection.  Rip n Roll will issue a refund within 2 working days of receiving a returned product. Over the 28 day time limit please contact us – we may agree refund at our discretion.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if goods are found faulty or incorrect, then we will issue a replacement or full refund if the product is returned to us within 21 days (we will reimburse the P&P costs to the equivalent of 1st class post or airmail as applicable).

If goods prove faulty up to 6 months after purchase and they can’t be repaired or replaced, you are entitled to receive a full refund in most cases. However, you are not eligible for a refund or replacement if you change your mind after 28 days. Any faulty products returned to us outside this time period will be replaced at our discretion.

In the event of the goods not being available we will contact and offer you the choice to cancel or swap the goods.

In the event of an exchange through your error we would ask you to cover the cost of returning the goods to us.  We may at our discretion offer additional products equal to that delivery cost as compensation. If you do not want this we will normally reimburse your return delivery costs, but this remains at our discretion. 
In the event of an exchange through our error we would ask you to cover the initial cost of returning the goods to us, but we will reimburse these costs - by mutual agreement in payment or products. If your delivery cost to us is excessively high (e.g > £5 or 15% or product price please advise us before returning the products). 

All products shown and described on our website are as accurate as possible. All goods on this website are subject to availability.

Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights and goodwill in or relating to the content of the website belongs to either us or to our suppliers.
Nothing contained in these terms and conditions or the website should be construed as granting by implication, estoppel, personal bar, or otherwise, any license or right to use any of the intellectual property rights in the website and its content without our permission.  However copying and printing of the website pages is permitted within the scope of the license below.
You may download to a local hard disk and print extracts from the website soley for personal non-commercial use.  You may also recopy extracts downloaded in accordance with this paragraph to others for their personal, non commercial use.
